UPDATE: It’s well established that Complete Colorado readers are politically savvy and engaged, with above-average good looks. But let’s not forget generous. We asked for $2,500 by July 4th and you all made that happen, and then some. We appreciate every penny of it. As always, thanks for being a Compete Colorado reader. Please keep coming back, and tell a friend or two about us.
UPDATE: As of June 25, thanks to the generosity of Complete readers, we are more than halfway to our begathon goal of $2,500 by July 4th ($1,550 to be exact), please help push us over the top by donating here. Wish we had some cool tote bags to send, but you know, cheap boss and all.
Complete Colorado is published by the non-profit Independence Institute, a free market think tank in Denver. The Institute in turn is run by a fellow named Jon Caldara, and if you don’t already know it, he’s a very cheap man. No, seriously, this guy can squeeze a roll of dimes from a handful of nickels.
Which is why Complete Colorado needs your help; we’re looking to raise $2,500 by the Fourth of July.
Fact is that that Caldara’s preferred currency of a muttered kind word or occasional pat on the back just isn’t cutting it. There’s an entire staff working every day to bring you the most timely and relevant political news (updated twice a day) from around the state on Complete’s main page aggregator, as well as top-notch original reporting and commentary on our Page Two, and they all prefer to be paid in US dollars.
So please consider helping us hit our mark by ladling a little gravy on the crew at Complete Colorado at this link. You will be giving to the Independence Institute, which makes your donation tax deductible. But rest assured that your giving will go specifically to the Complete Colorado news operation.
And as always, thanks for being a Complete reader, we hope you keep coming back.
