DENVER–Complete Colorado ended 2019 with a big bang, having reached over 2 million readers between the main page news aggregator and our Page Two original reporting and commentary, a roughly 65% increase from 2018. That puts Complete’s online traffic right up there with certain daily newspapers, but with a state-wide audience. And we’re looking to beat that number in 2020.
Editor-in-Chief Mike Krause recently sat down with host Jon Caldara on the public affairs tv show Devil’s Advocate (airs Friday nights at 8:30 on Colorado Public Television, channel 12) to talk about Complete’s growth. That video is below.
And to the audience that helped get us hit that 2 million mark, we appreciate you all. Keep coming back.
Our unofficial motto at Complete Colorado is “Always free, never fake, ” but annoyingly enough, our reporters, columnists and staff all want to be paid in actual US dollars rather than our preferred currency of pats on the back and a muttered kind word. Fact is that there’s an entire staff working every day to bring you the most timely and relevant political news (updated twice daily) from around the state on Complete’s main page aggregator, as well as top-notch original reporting and commentary on Page Two.
